As the principal of Gregory Elementary, it is my privilege to serve our families and community. At Gregory, we are one team working together: staff, students, families, and community members. Through this collaborative relationship, we will engage and empower our children.

It is a gift to work with children every day, and I have a passion for fostering a sense of belonging for our entire school community. This is my 20th year in elementary education. I have a master's degree in Reading and Literacy from Benedictine University, as well as a master's in Educational Administration from Northern Illinois University. Elementary is a special place where the love of learning begins and is thoughtfully nurtured. Our children have incredible abilities with endless potential!

I have lived in this area for 25 years with my three amazing children. My son, Grant, will be graduating in December from Wartburg College in Iowa with a degree in Business Marketing and Finance. My daughter Peyton will be a sophomore at Valparaiso University studying to be an astrophysicist, and my youngest daughter, Reagan, will be a freshman at UW Milwaukee studying biology. They are the lights of my life, and it is a joy to watch them start out on their own paths. I am originally from Ohio, so I am a huge Ohio State Buckeyes fan. I love football (Go Bears!), but I will try not to hold it against you if you are a fan of the team up north. One of my favorite things to do is watch my son play football, even though I embarrass him with my loud cheering from the sidelines. I am looking forward to bringing that team spirit for our own Gregory Knights!

As partners with our community, we welcome families and volunteers to be an active, integral part of our students’ education at Gregory Elementary. The future is bright, and we are going to do great things together! I am proud to be a member of the Gregory family. Go Knights!
